How a Destination Session Works
Destination sessions are designed to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible — Rachel handles everything so you can simply focus on being present with your animals on the day.
Here’s how it works:
Get in touch
Register your interest by contacting Rachel with your location, the animals you’d like photographed, and your ideal timeframe. Rachel will let you know when she’s planning to visit your area or discuss whether a private destination session can be arranged.
Plan together
Once a date is confirmed, Rachel will work with you to choose the perfect location, time of day, and session style. Whether it’s your own property, a favourite beach, a stunning rural backdrop, or somewhere with personal meaning — Rachel will bring the vision to life.
On the day
Rachel’s calm, patient approach puts both horses and dogs at ease, allowing their true personalities to shine. Sessions are unhurried and tailored entirely to you and your animals.
Your gallery
After your session, Rachel carefully curates and edits every image before inviting you to a design and ordering appointment to choose your favourites and select your artwork.
Bring a group
Destination sessions work beautifully as a shared experience. Gather a group of friends, fellow horse owners, or members of your equestrian club and make a weekend of it. The more the merrier — and it’s a wonderful way to share the experience with people who love their animals as much as you do.
