SECURE YOUR BOOKING
Your session date is confirmed upon payment of the booking fee.
This fee includes a pre-planning consultation to ensure your equine or pet photography experience is perfectly tailored to you, travel within 60 km of Warragul in West Gippsland, and Rachel’s time photographing you and your animals on the day. After your session, you’ll enjoy a personal design and ordering appointment, where you’ll select your favourite photographs – including a 12″ × 12″ wood print to begin your collection.
You’ll also receive Rachel’s exclusive “Shoot for Success” guide, filled with tips and insights to help you and your horse or dog prepare and make the most of your experience.
Step 4
PLANNING
Rachel will invite you to collect or pin images that inspire you — this helps bring your vision to life.
Together, we’ll discuss the details of your session, including location, styling, and the story you wish to tell. Every equine and pet photography session is tailored uniquely to you and your animals, ensuring imagery that feels authentic and deeply personal.
Whether you choose an Equine Portraiture session, a Dog or Pet Portrait, or a combined shoot, Rachel Flynn will guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
